Maldives Institute of Nautical Sciences has successfully completed training a batch of students from Vakkaru Maldives for the Coastal Navigation Course (Niyami-2 Certificate). In addition to the classroom subjects and for learning purposes, a physical inspection of a vessel (Dhoni) was
